The fastest way to reach a human: email hello@cookable.food. We usually reply within one business day.
Try a brighter shot with the fridge door open, taken from straight on so labels and packaging are readable. If items are stacked, photograph each shelf separately and add multiple photos. You can also switch the camera toggle to Receipt mode and snap a recent grocery receipt instead — that usually catches more.
Go to Settings → Re-do preferences and update your dietary preferences, allergies, or goals. New recipes will respect the updated settings immediately. Existing favourites are not changed.
Make sure you're signed into an Apple ID in iOS Settings → Apple ID, and that you've allowed Cookable to use Sign in with Apple in iOS Settings → Cookable → Apple ID Sign-In. If you still see an error, email us with a screenshot.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Cookable → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the cancellation and any refund eligibility from there.
Email hello@cookable.food from the address you used to sign up. We'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. A self-serve "Delete account" button is coming to a future version of the app.
Email hello@cookable.food with as much detail as you can — what you tried, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one. We read every message.
Stop, don't cook it, and email us immediately at hello@cookable.food with the recipe name and your allergy list. Allergy enforcement is a hard constraint in the recipe model; if we missed something, we want to know yesterday.
